Mass destruction weapons- BOON or BANE

Mass destruction weapons were mainly used during the World War II where two atom bombs were thrown in the cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki (Japan) by the United States of America. The nuclear bombs destroyed the cities completely and caused the death of lakhs of people. The effect of these bombs is still in the soil of Hiroshima and Nagasaki even after more than 70 years. What I feel is if the United States had not thrown those atom bombs, then maybe the war would not have ended and some countries would have completely vanished from the world map. Much more people would have died and millions of children would have become orphans. So, I think that it is not necessary to completely ban mass destruction weapons. The nations of the world need some weapons for national security and for the welfare of the world too. The biological and fully autonomous weapons must be completely banned as these weapons are just used by terrorists for harming people and no country would want an epidemic ...

My vision for India in 2047

A country with thousands of different cultures, hundreds of different languages and people with hearts of gold. Yup, you guessed it right- the one and only India. India is one of the most beautiful and unique countries in the world. But for some years now, this country has been dealing with some vicious problems. People are killing each other, polluting the resources and spoiling this country of dreams. Everyone wants to banish these problems but nobody is putting their words into action. I want India to be super clean and crime-free by 2047. I want women to feel safe and secure even at night. By 2047, I hope India figures out a way to develop technology without causing too much pollution. My vision for India is like some other responsible citizen. I really hope that people start putting their words into action by 2047 and make India an example for the rest of the world.                                 ...

WORLD MENSTRUAL HYGIENE DAY

WORLD MENSTRUAL HYGIENE DAY World menstrual hygiene day is observed on 28th May to create awareness about female hygiene. Female hygiene is very important. In many developing countries, clean water and feminine hygiene products are still not properly available. Also due to traditional cultures, women in some areas are not able to talk about their menstrual hygiene which can cause them both physical and mental problems as there can be mood swings during this time of the month. To prevent getting irritated and angry during this time, just do the things that you like and meditate for at least 5 minutes per day. Keep yourself clean and change your sanitary pad after every 3-4 hours. People need to be aware about this so that they can take care of their sisters and friends during their monthly time. Menstruation is nothing to be ashamed of as every girl goes through this. Instead, you should take this with pride and you should be proud to be a girl.      ...

Precious time i spent with my FAMILY in lockdown

Due to the pandemic there was a nation-wide lockdown. Everyone was in their homes and nobody was allowed to go outside. However, the lockdown gave us an opportunity to spend more time with our family. It gave us a chance to improve our relationships with everyone. Earlier we used to barely sit and talk with our family members. If there were four people in a room everyone used to be obsessed with their work and phones and they didn’t have time to talk or play something with each other. The people were not able to take out even 30 minutes for themselves and their family members. But when the government declared lockdown, everything was shut and nobody was allowed to go outside. So everyone was stuck inside their houses and everyone started spending time with each other as they realized the importance of family because they were with each other for a long period of time. I also realized the importance of my family and I spent a lot of time with my family members during the lockdown....

DEPLETION OF OZONE LAYER

DEPLETION OF   OZONE LAYER The ozone layer protects the Earth from the Sun’s harmful ultraviolet rays. It acts as a shield for Earth and because of this, it plays a massive role in helping to preserve life on our planet. Most part of the ozone layer stays within the stratosphere where it acts as a shield and protects the Earth’s surface from harmful ultraviolet rays of the Sun. If the ozone layer keeps weakening, we will all be more prone to impaired immune system and skin cancer. There is also a growing hole in the ozone layer which enables more and more harmful UV rays of the sun to reach the Earth’s surface. This also causes global warming. Because of this, the Earth is experiencing excessive melting of glaciers and extended summer days. This massive and growing hole in the ozone layer is mainly caused by human activities like increase in the emission of harmful gases and pollution. The depletion of ozone layer is harmful to every kind of life. But there are m...

STOP BULLYING

BULLYING Bullying has become a big concern these days. It means the practice of teasing or underestimating someone in a very negative way that affects the confidence and hurts the feelings of the victim. Mostly children are bullies by their fellow classmates or other children. For example- if a child is physically challenged. This is the biggest reason why a child is bullied. Other children keep distance from that child, do not talk to him properly and they tease him. Second example is when someone is not good at studies or his understanding abilities are low. His classmates bully him by saying, “Very bad! You got failed” or “You do not stand in front of us and do not talk to us because you are a failure.” Even if the child beats everyone in sports or dance or singing still he will be pressurized to focus only on studies and will be threatened to leave all co-curricular activities if he does not focus on studies. Another example is when some children have mental problems. These...

Water Conservation and its Preservation

Water Conservation and its Preservation Water is a magical potion that gives life to every living being on this planet. A human being cannot live for more than 3-4 days without water. Though everybody knows that there has been water shortage in many countries, people are still polluting and wasting it. All of us need to conserve water in order to save it for our next generation. It is true that we cannot save water for the entire world, but ‘Little drops make a mighty ocean!’-If every person on Earth starts conserving and preserving water, there will be no shortage of water in the world. It totally depends on you that how you want to conserve and preserve water but some ways are: Use a bucket to bath instead of a shower, install rain water harvesting system, close water tap while brushing or putting soap on hands, do not throw water on the road unnecessarily and use the water left after washing vegetables to water plants. Water pollution has also become a big issue. A lot of ga...
